There are a few ways to get in touch with us.

 

CURRENT CLIENTS, TEXT US!

If you are a current client, you can text us! We don't publish this number here, because we can only access texts from clients with an active Wüf account. This is the phone number you receive automated reminder texts from. Yes, we can see your messages and text back! We can also get photos if you need to send us one. Each of our staff members has access to these messages as they work during the day, so if you need to attempt reaching them for last minute instructions, or ask them a question, this is the best way to reach them. Please remember, while working with live animals the groomers may not always be checking their messages. One of us will *usually* see it and let them know if they see it in time!

All calls are automatically forwarded to our NKY location, so if your pet is being worked on at, or is going to OTR, this method isn't best. Emailing us is the fastest way for new clients to reach us!
