Deposits of $20 are required to schedule your first visit with us. This deposit will be taken off the total grooming price at check out, as long as you keep your appointment. Because we provide one on one style grooming, if you are unable to keep your appointment, a 2-3 hour gap specifically timed for your pet will be left in our day that we may not be able to fill, even if we are given advanced notice. We strive to provide a stress free environment and take limited amounts of appointments per day, and in order to continue with this concept and work efficiently, we must enforce this policy.

If you need to change or reschedule your first appointment with us, you will lose the deposit and be required to pay an additional deposit in order to rebook. If you cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or no showed, you will be subjected to pay an additional cancellation fee. The deposit can not go towards any other appointment time for your pet, or for someone else.

Once you have filled out the new client application, a staff member will go over availability with you, and once a date/time has been picked, we will invoice you the deposit. Once the invoice has been sent, it must be paid promptly to reserve the appointment, as they are on a first come first serve basis.
